When the extension is installed a widget will show at the bottom right corner of the Libcal booking system. Once a desk is selected on the booking system the widget will ask a few questions about the desk they are trying to book, after which it calculates a valid alternative. If the user choses to accept the booking they are forwarded to the appropriate page to book that desk. Otherwise they can choose to ignore the suggestion.
