It shows up in my quick menu when i right click any highlighted text on a webpage. Initially it wasn't showing up when i right click my house on highlighted text and when i did some basic troubleshooting to solve my issue-not 100% sure this was the problem-i discovered that when i disabled some extensions that control or modify how i view the webpage, it started working immediately.
