Collabor8online allows you to share your documents and manage your projects online, enabling teams to work together efficiently, saving time and reducing mistakes. Its so easy to use, if you’ve used a PC or Mac before you already know how to use it. We’ve used an windows "explorer style" interface **in plain English it looks just like the folders on your desktop**. You can create a new folder with just one click and into that folder you can put just about anything you like. When you create that folder YOU get decide who can view it, edit it or (if you really want) delete it. And that's true for every folder you create, see you can keep some things private, share things a little or share all of it! Collabor8online includes automatic version control, which makes it great for document revisions, specifications and technical drawings or anything that changes frequently. It includes calendars which links through to Google Calendar, To Do lists for those tasks that need to get done, and a full comments, messages and discussions tab which links seamlessly through to your email.
