Translate selected text on any PDF/HTML/TXT page in just two clicks even when page is your local document
Select some text in the document. Press Ctrl+A to get translation immediately for a non-PDF document or right-click on the selection and choose "Translate <your selected text>". Translation will be shown under your selection.
App's options provide ability to select translation system (Microsoft or Yandex), set shortcut, choose languages and font size of the translation. Source language can be set as detectable.
Extension can be used with native PDF formats, but not with protected or scanned ones. To translate any local documents (PDF, TXT, HTML, etc), the flag "Allow access to file URLs" should be set on the chrome://extensions page for this extension.
Add an alert about required access to file URLs and a request to reload current page then.
Add "beep" when translation can't be made using hotkeys.
Change shortcut to Ctrl+A by default. Add real time apply of Options' changes (without reloading a target page).
Add shortcut for translation. By default it's Alt+A, but can be changed on chrome://extensions page.
Make migration from Microsoft Datamarket to Azure Cognitive Services. Make icon visible in toolbar.

1. Added ability to select translation system. Nowadays they are Microsoft and Yandex. For translations to/from Russian/Ukrainian it's better to use Yandex Translator API.
2. Resolved issue when pop-up window with translation disappeared by clicking on its surface.
