Overview

Remove unncecessary corporate jargon from your emails.

Corporate jargon can be a quick and efficient way of communicating with colleagues but it can also be alienating for some. This Chrome Extension for Gmail and Outlook for web helps make your communication more accessible by warning you when you use phrases which could complicate your message and confuse your co-workers. The tool will analyze the content of your email and will highlight any business buzzwords or phrases. It will then give an alternative option of what to say, allowing users to remove all unnecessary jargon from their emails. Commonly used corporate jargon will be underlined for you to choose how you want to address them. Hover over the underlined phrase to discover a clearer, more accessible alternative.
