I installed this extension, and when I click on the 'Get started' button (or anywhere in the box that contains that button, up comes an identical box, but nothing is clickable on that box, including the 'Get started' button. How do I make progress?

Didn't work said it was going thru and when I unplug the usb the pc restarted and had a blinking on and off screen
