I upgraded to be able to record large webinars. My 2 tests worked well but my 2 hour webinar did not download at all. I have lost the entire webinar and will have to re-record. Do not download this programme.

at first the site was great, but now the site will not pull up for it says internal service error. I never receive my video I worked on for a long time. They never responded to my service call tickets on their website help desk. I waited patiently for about 3 days for them to response. I am very disappoint with this site. I was just about to purchase their upgrade package, too. Well, at least I save some money.
