Adds a button to hide Collection-Only items on eBay.

Now supports eBay results lists that can be found via the category or browse sections, rather than strictly search results. This is a simple extension that adds a 'Hide Collection-Only' button to eBay search results. This toggle persists through page loads and can be dynamically turned on and off.
