What is Helppier?
A customer experience tool that allows combining interactive user guides with everyday productivity tools such as Calendars, FAQs and Contact Forms. All this without coding.

Note: By using our extension you can test Helppier privately on your platform. Only account users with the extension will be able to see your guides.

Helppier V3 takes interactive guidance to a new level, introducing better multilanguage features and advanced team management.
We have improved Helppier's multilanguage feature and introduced a Microsoft Translator integration with automated translation to 65 new languages. In addition, we have new predefined actions between steps so you can build more complex workflows on your website. V3 also provides advanced team management so you can invite new users via link, define roles and permissions. Last but not least, you can create your own knowldege base using our KM tool and embed webpages into our widget.
- How it works:
Helppier automatically detects elements of any website and allows to create interactive workflows through a point-and-click system. This means you can create step-by-step guides and tooltips across any site or web app of your choice, save and preview how they look when published.
All guides will be listed in our widget for easy access but keep in mind that only you will be able to access them.
1- Login into your account
Our customer care team will provide a login account so you can use the extension. After installing, please login to start.
2- Add the widget into your website
After you login, enter your website and then select “ADD”. The widget will be automatically displayed on the page you’re in. If you wish to remove it from your website click on “Remove”. No information will be lost.
3- Simulate your new onboarding experience
First, go to Helppier’s widget and select New Guide. Then, click Record to start creating a journey for your website. Choose the elements in your site that you want to attach a step. Save and preview all the process.
