## HOW TO USE
1. Click "Add to Chrome" to install the plugin.
2. Navigate to a web page you would like to monitor, e.g. a product catalog.
3. Click the HARPA plugin icon in the Chrome 🧩 menu bar, pick what to monitor, and click START.
Done! HARPA will periodically refresh, check the web page and send you a notification alert, email or webhook event whenever the price, text, or data on the page changes.
