Google Hangouts is great platform for video conferences that allow you to share screens, applications and messages with up to 10 participants for free accounts and up to 26 for G Suite users. But, scheduling, reminding and getting participants to attend can be a challenge.
HangoutScheduler solves this problem by helping you invite users, send automated email reminders and easily track their response.
With HangoutScheduler, you can setup re-usable meeting rooms with call-in numbers (requires a third party service like Uberconference) and physical locations (just in case some participants will come to the office).

Not sure when your group can meet? Use the Alternate Date suggestion option to send up to (3) dates and times for your event. Participants vote and you pick the best date/time based on the responses.
All moderator emails include a summary of participants and their response. You'll see at a glance who's coming, who's not, and who has yet to confirm.
G Suite (formerly named Google Apps for Work) users can configure Hangouts so that participants are not required to have a Google Account to join.
