Gets permanent links to mailing list mail
For a given message, determine if a permanent link to a web archive can be automatically determined. Supports Google Groups and Debian.
Some mailing lists have public archives, and include the message's permalink directly in the `List-Archive` header (Google Groups). Others provide message-ID-based searches (Debian). This extension has support for a few different types of mailing lists, and will either provide you a public link, or, at worst, the message ID of the message itself.
