Builds Gif Amnimations/Construit des animations GIF
The application GifMaker allows to build GIF animations in various ways.
This application has an integrated help, that it is possible to call by clicking the big yellow question mark, which will explain you in detail how to use this application (with a HTML page displayed with Internet explorer, and which contains plenty of illustrations).
I have recently added a new functionality allowing to capture images from a part of video (but limited to 50 captured images), in order to make an animated gif with this part of video.
This application is bilingual, French/English; it displays according to the country Windows is installed; if Windows is installed in France, it will display in french, and, if it is installed in US, it will display in English (Help included).
This video gives a brief description of this application:
You'll find more details in the integrated help.
This application is guaranteed virus safe, but the system may warn you about this application as being unknown, which is not surprising as it is a personal application.
It only does what it is supposed to do, and which is entirely described in the provided documentation.
I have made a more sophisticated application to build gifs, with many more functions and a better algorithm to convert to 256 colors (Gifs are in 256 colors), but, as I have put much work into it, I would prefer to monetize it (and, in this application, the number of captured images from a video is not limited).
This one is simpler, but I give it for free; it is nevertheless interesting.
The installation is made through a zipped file which creates a folder (GifMaker) where you have decided, with all the necessary files and sub-folders inside.
The application is started by clicking the file GifMaker.exe inside the main folder of the application.
This application is free.
I have a more advanced appication, but it has required a lot of work, and I'd like to monetize it.
