GetTilo App creates personalised Wellness programmes focused on helping users to reduce stress during working hours. GetTilo uses AI to understand individual needs and preferences, designs a specific mix of sessions and publishes them directly in your calendar, where users will see them as a simple invite. Sessions can be done from the browser, usually last less than 10 minutes and can be done directly from the user’s desk.
