This theme is also consistent with Elementary OS Loki, and unlike many other themes, it still looks right when Chrome loses focus.

Yes!! The theme, unlike the other themes which must have been made by blinded owls, corrects the grey shading inherent in the standard theme. I can relax and surf now...
