Formfuse gives you a couple options for quickly building a Google Form. One is to list questions in a Google Sheet and press a button to add them into the Form. The other allows you to duplicate existing Google Form pages.
The Export to Docs features will copy all of your form questions into a new Google Doc for collaboration purposes there.
The Create Web App option turns the 1st page of your Google Form into a Google Apps Script file. With that, developers can build dynamic functions into forms that static Google Forms can't do while users are filling them out.
