FluentCloud for Salesforce
FluentCloud for Salesforce has been designed to simplify the process between Salesforce users as they make and receive calls on the FluentStream system. This integration provides the Salesforce user with a tool on every inbound and outbound call displaying a notification pop-up and “control panel”. The notification informs the Salesforce user of who is calling/being called and the control panel provides the user with tools to manage leads, contacts, events and tasks associated to the caller or called phone number. The fields displayed in the control panel are custom field mappings for your unique Salesforce setup. For those experienced with many Salesforce integrations, this means no more importing and binding to custom objects!
