FluentStream’s Salesforce integration is designed to simplify your sales call workflows.
Every inbound and outbound call displays a notification pop-up and control panel. The notification informs the Salesforce user of who is calling/being called and the control panel provides the user with tools to manage leads, contacts, events and tasks associated with the caller or called phone number.
The fields displayed in the control panel are custom field mappings for your unique Salesforce setup. For those experienced with many Salesforce integrations, this means no more importing and binding to custom objects!
