Flat Darkness HF Theme

Flat Darkness is a minimalist theme that changes the look of Hack Forums and enhances the productivity for users in many ways.

Version Numbering Convention: 3.1.4 3 = Major Update 1 = Minor Update 4 = Quick Fixes (each change increases this number, going from 4 to 13 means there were a lot of changes whereas 4 to 6 means a tiny update)
