Block Flash from loading automatically and allow content only on selected sites.
Flashcontrol blocks Flash content and replaces embedded video/audio players with placeholders. This helps reduce memory/CPU usage during browsing by allowing content only when you want.
Flashcontrol has features that you won't find in similar extensions:
1. Toggle individual Flash players
Accidentally allowed undesirable content? Block it by hovering over the content and clicking the "block" button that appears.
2. Robust filtering
Flashcontrol uses Adblock Plus components under the hood to filter content and parse custom filter rules.
3. DevTools panel
Press F12 to see a list of Flash URLs for the current tab. Block/Allow URLs from DevTools with one click.

Having problems with certain content? Please note that some sites use HTML5 instead of Flash. In this case, it is recommended that you search the Chrome Web Store for an HTML5 blocker.
