I have worked at multiple call centers using a variety of softphone programs and this has to be one of the worst ones next to UAD, the latency and complicated UI as well as it's tendency to not even launch are aggravating and then there are the lack of features for users like being able to monitor the output of your microphone which means that you can't verify it's picking up prior to taking calls is something that should have been added on launch.
