Fast Scroll is a very tiny extension which increases scroll speed on web pages when left CTRL is pressed during scroll
NOTE 1: Given the fact that this extension uses the left CTRL key to trigger fast scrolling, it replaces this key's default behavior which is to allow to zoom in/out. To zoom in/out, you'll have to go in "Menu -> Zoom +/-".
NOTE 2: This extension doesn't work on some websites (mostly webapps like GMail) which handle scrolling differently than traditional websites. On those particular websites, left CTRL's behavior won't be changed.
This Google Chrome extension allows you to promptly increase scroll speed when navigating on a website by simply pressing left CTRL while scrolling. It allows you to quickly navigate to the desired information. Very handy when reviewing code on GitHub or to get a quick overview of what's going on on Twitter.
This extension is open sourced and the code is available on GitHub: https://github.com/flawyte/fast-scroll. If you have any issue using this extension please open an issue there if you have a GitHub account. Otherwise, tweet me @flawyte or drop me a short e-mail explaining the problem. Thanks
