Export PDF documents in Docs with PDFfiller's Google App. Editing, signing and saving is enabled now from any device
The PDFfiller Google Drive App enables you to open and export documents from Google Drive to PDFfiller’s online platform.
Connect Google Drive with your PDFfiller account. Begin by selecting your document in Google Docs. Go to the More > Open with > Connect more Apps and search for PDFfiller. Just click Connect on the PDFfiller App to add it. To use the PDFfiller Google App, simply select a supported document in Google Drive, then click More > Open With > PDFfiller. A fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor. Take advantage of PDFfiller’s powerful tools to export PDF documents.
Try our powerful document editing tools first. When you finish editing your PDF document, you will have a lot of exporting options. You will be able to send the document via email or fax, or export it into PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel.
To export your document through email, select “Email / SMS” from the drop-down menu after clicking the “Done” button. You can also select your document in “My Documents”, and click “Email / SMS” on the right. Once you’ve added your recipients, you can choose to customize the subject and message, and whether or not you want to send yourself a copy. Then click “Send Email” to send the document. Recipients will receive an email with a direct a link to the document on PDFfiller, as well as login credentials for new PDFfiller users. Recipients will not be able to make changes to the sent document, but will be able to save, print, send, and fax it. We’ll also send you a confirmation email when the document is accessed.
To export your document through fax, select “Fax” after clicking the “Done” button. You can also select a document in “My Documents”, then select “Fax” on the right. Start by entering your recipient’s fax number and information. Add a custom subject and message. To add or remove pages, use the checkboxes on each page preview, or use the “Select All” and “Unselect All” buttons. Click the “Send Fax” button to queue your fax to be sent. This only takes a few minutes and we’ll send you a confirmation email when the fax is delivered.
Sent faxes can be found by navigating to the “Sent Faxes” folder, inside the “Sent and History” folder located in “My Documents”. You can see each fax you’ve sent and its delivery status, and resend if necessary.
To export your document to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, click the "Done" button when you finish editing, and choose "Save As" from the dropdown menu. When you select to save as PDF, you can select the pages to save by using the checkboxes or the "Select All" and "Unselect All" buttons, choose to save only edited content, and click the "Settings" icon to select PDF quality or add a password.
When you’re done, click the ""Save As"" button, add a password if necessary, and your PDF will download.
When you save as Word, the document will immediately convert and download, and can be edited in any software that supports .doc format. When you save as Excel, the document will immediately convert to a spreadsheet and download, and can be edited in any software that supports .xls format. When you save as PowerPoint, the document will immediately convert to a presentation and download, and can be edited in any software that supports .ppt format.
