Enables eWallet AutoPass for Chrome.

The eWallet® AutoPass extension allows eWallet to fill in user names and passwords on most websites when using the Chrome browser. This extension is *only* useful when used with the Windows PC or macOS versions of eWallet.

eWallet Extension for Chrome does not work for Android the same as for iOS. I use the iOS version on iphone and iPad (lastest iOS version), and it works very well. However, I recently purchased a Chromebook and the Android version of eWallet. Hoping that Autopass would work. It does works if you first go into eWallet and select the Autopass URL that you saved.
