If your screen resolution is higher than that, I would suggest going into the new tab page and press Ctrl and the + button to make the image larger. You can also zoom it in with the Wrench menu. Google chrome currently doesn't let developers stretch the background images for themes. Do you also know how to make this theme a Windows 8 Theme as well? Tired of my taskbar clashing with my chrome and desktop.
