Extract email addresses and names from Gmail. It finds emails in the message body, subject, TO, CC, BCC, FROM and ReplyTo fields.
The Email Address Extractor extracts email addresses from your Gmail mailbox and saves them in a Google Spreadsheet. The add-on can pull emails from the TO field (Recipients), the FROM field (Sender), CC field, BCC field, Reply-To address, the email body and the email subject.
You can also choose to extract names (aliases) of email senders and message recipients from the email header, if they are available.
The add-on runs in your Google Account and does not share or upload your data anywhere. It reads your Gmail messages and saves the emails directly in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive.
The Email extractor add-on is fully functional but the free edition can process a maximum of 250 email threads from your Gmail mailbox. Should you wish to extract email addresses from a large number of Gmail labels, please go to https://digitalinspiration.com/GA07 to upgrade to the premium edition.
The extractor add-on will apply the Label "Extracted" to all Gmail messages that have been processed. Once the extraction is complete, you can safely remove the label from your Gmail account manually.
You can use advanced Gmail search operators to extract email addresses from specific messages. For instance, you can say from:paypal newer_than:7d to extract addresses from all emails of PayPal that were received in the last week.
