Just click one button and get 45 minutes with no distractions. After the 45 minutes is up, you can browse freely again. If you really need to get through to a site during the 45 minutes, you just have to enter a code, and you will be able to view the site for a few minutes. -List of distracting sites is completely customizable. -Length of timer can be adjusted to any number of minutes. (45 is default) -Amount of time allowed to view a site after entering a code can also be adjusted.

Tried out several extensions like that, this one is the best - it's simple and just works. There is a bug though, if url path contains a dot, url didn't get blocked. Any chances of opening sources? Ready to propose a pull request with a fix
