This extension will eco-ify your browsing behaviour.

Every time we ask Google to search for something requests are sent back and forth. Internet Service Providers need energy to keep the internet running and Google needs energy for their servers. Careful estimates believe that each Google search amounts to at least 0.4 Wh, which in turn amounts to no less than 0.2 g of CO2. Ecoify cuts down your carbon footprint by preventing unneccessary Google searches! Every time you use Google Search to access your favourite website, Ecoify stops the superfluous web request and instead opens the page directly for you - while also saving you time and reducing your CO2 emissions! ---Changenotes--- v2.0: Now it's possible to edit the sites Ecoify skips google for!
