Easy, Organized Password Management
Easeenet is designed as both an organizational tool and password manager— so you can enjoy a decluttered, frustration-free internet experience.
When I was 24, my father in law had a class 4 aneurysm while working in the garden, and he was the primary caretaker for his 88 year old mother at the time. In one instant, my husband and I became responsible for two of our family members’ lives. We had to scramble to find documents, struggled to find and pay bills, and spent hours on the phone trying to gain access to important accounts.
I started Easeenet because I wanted to make the internet easier for ME to see— while a lot of my passwords were stored in one browser or another, I often couldn’t remember the web addresses without googling, say, my mortgage company or my daughter’s doctor. I figured if I’m having issues with this, and I’ve been in tech for 15 years, and I’m already the one my friends turn to for help with their technology, I’m probably not the only one struggling with keeping my digital life decluttered and organized.
I found I was right— the average person has over 90 usernames and passwords, and has 37 password reset emails in their inbox. The average person also spends 11 hours per year resetting passwords, not counting the time spent finding the site you’re trying to access— which is pretty ridiculous!
My partner and I created a team and set out to build a password manager that was truly built for those of us who aren’t techy, but who still want our digital world easy to access at our fingertips, without wasting time tracking down a web address or resetting yet another password.
As we built Easeenet, I realized we have created a tool that benefits not just the me of today, but would have been such a relief to 24-year-old me, and more importantly, anyone taking care of an elderly parent— giving seniors the freedom to feel comfortable and secure on the internet, while giving peace of mind to their children that all their accounts are safe, secure, and organized.
