Displays the value submitted by an electronic scale connected to a serial port; sends info to E-Scale Chrome Extension.

Displays the value submitted by an electronic scale connected through a serial port. The application scans all the serial ports to find the device specified by Vendor ID and Product ID in the configuration section, and displays the weight value.
