unstacking doesn't work

a bit confusing to use but it rewards very nice amount of ICX for staking. I never had issues for past 2 years using this extension. Unstaking is easy and not an issue , claiming rewards works fast.

cannot withdraw my 700 ICX!!! Scam wallet! Email Address iconex@icon.foundation doesn't exist!
