This extension is able to capture an element with transparent background. Steps: 1. Click 'DOM Capture' extention icon 2. Click 'Settings ^' 3. Click the blue icon "Toggle color picker", then input #00000000

Seems working! But the result resolution becomes smaller. Also, in some page it doesn't capture the CSS correctly.
