could only get the bottom half of pic to show on screen. didn't adjust to screen.

I am very disappointed with how it turned out after I had applied it.After seeing the overview and deciding to set it as my theme I opened a new tab to discover that only the bottom half of the image was visible and the blue on blue icons are rather hard to make out at a glance. I was very disappointed with this theme and how it turned out. It did not live up to expectations and was very disappointing.
