Overview
Automatically writes time slots from your calendar saving you hours from the repetitive task of writing out meeting times.
While scheduling links like Calendly are common today, often scheduling a meeting still depends on written time slots. That's when TimeWriter is incredibly useful. Here's how TimeWriter works: 1) Select time slots on Google Calendar and then click "Add to Clipboard." TimeWriter saves these times to your clipboard, appearing like this: Mon, Jan 2: 9a-11a EST Tue, Jan 3: 8a-9a, 10a-12p EST 2) For time zone adjustments, type and select any city worldwide. TimeWriter automatically adjusts your clipboard times to match your recipient's time zone, like this: Mon, Jan 2: 2p-4p CET Tue, Jan 3: 1p-2p, 3p-5p CET 3) When ready, paste it into your message and hit send. 🚀 TimeWriter is free to use. If needed, you can upgrade to TimeWriter Pro ($1/mo), which removes the "Time Slots by TimeWriter" email signature. Add TimeWriter and try it now!

Amazing tool! This really helps to streamline scheduling. I'd say that I save 2-3 minutes on proposing meeting options, an action that I do 4-5 times a day. I'm suprised that Google didn't create something like this themselves! It would be great to see suggestions based on multiple Google calendards as well :)

I almost thought google made this for their own calendar after installing, its sleek and simple enough to shave off several minutes of mind-sucking attention when trying to schedule a meeting. Calendly is cool, but most people just want to know "when and where" while scheduling a meeting - they don't want to go through the process of using yet another app on top of email. Plus, I feel less pretentious and more down-to-earth using this tool!

Such a simple and effective way to schedule meetings with people in other time zones. Takes all the adjusting and extra googling out of the equation. Easy! It also helps when a Calendly link just feels a bit inappropriate - I don't always feel comfortable sending a top executive a scheduling link that works for MY schedule... they're typically busier than I am. This is saving me tons of time! Loving it.
