tool to highlight divs!

This adds a transparent background of a random colour, and similar border to divs to aid in visualisation of layouts. Designed for debugging/display purposes Min depth: minimum number of parents a div must have to be highlighted. Max depth: maximum number of parents a div must have to be highlighted. Reload page and works!

Does what it is supposed to. You just need to refresh the page before use (Ctrl + F5)

Simply doesn't work. The "On/Off" does nothing. Switched off Adblockers, still nothing.
