用于接管浏览器自带的下载功能，不用单独单开一个下载页面 目前功能：接管浏览器下载功能、显示下载速度、进度、打开文件、所在目录、删除文件（删除记录和文件）、重新下载、删除下载记录（不删除文件）、按文件名搜索、清空下载记录 更新说明： 由Manifest V2迁移到Manifest V3，由于V3的限制，带来了以下变动； 1.屏蔽非macOS下的自动改变浏览器中插件图标颜色功能。 2.macOS下自动改变浏览器插件图标功能改为浏览器焦点发生改变时执行，以减少打开窗口的次数 3.图标由原来的png图片文件改为采用OffscreenCanvas实时绘制，因此某些情况会出现浏览器中图标一闪而过的情况 4.下载完成播放音频时，非macOS会出现一个小窗口，音频播放完成后自动关闭（macOS未出现） ———————————— 2022.05.26 bug fix

I'm using a tiling window manager, and this extension forces open a whole window just to show a chrome favicon.

It uses high cpu for a couple minutes when open chrome windows

I like the look of this, but I don't like that it runs on startup and outside of Chrome. It runs in the background even without Chrome being open. I don't feel very comfortable with that in a browser extension. If it's an extension to a browser then in my opinion it should only run while the browser is open.
