The Dayglow Chrome Extension is meant for existing users of the Dayglow Desktop App for macOS. This extension connects to Dayglow and sends it basic information about your browsing so that the app knows if you're on a distracting website and to block your distracting sites if you're currently in a focus session. In order for this to work, you must: 1. Download the Dayglow Desktop App from https://dayglow.app 2. Install the app and create an account or login to your existing account 3. Have this chrome extension installed That's it!
