Copy the selected text as a HTML link to the clipboard that can be pasted in in supported editors with the hyperlink intact.
This extension removes the need to copy a link address and link text seperately. By simply highlighting text on a webpage, right-clicking and selected 'Copy text as link', the selected text will be copied to the clipboard as a link using the active tabs URL.
