Call Box Click to Call allows you to initiate a tracked and recorded call to any customer through your CRM without manually dialing.
After scanning the CRM web pages for phone numbers, the extension makes each phone number clickable or click-to-call enabled with a phone icon, allowing you to track each call through Call Box tracking numbers. Upon clicking an enabled phone number or the phone icon, Call Box will first ring your phone then connect you to the customer on a tracked line.
