Overview

Copy your Google Calendar availability to paste into emails/share via instant messages in 1 click. No calendar permissions required.

No need to update or pay for hosted calendar solutions, asking your contacts to click links to book time in your calendar. 100% secure and private - no calendar permissions required and no information leaves your device. --- At CalApp by ShareAvailability.com we're starting a movement to simplify arranging meetings. We're fed up of the email back and forth ping pong trying to setup a convenient time. We don't think you should have to grant full access to your calendar just so you can synchronise a remote booking service. Giving other people "permission" to book your time on a booking service makes us queasy. Thankfully we've built a better way. Instant & Flexible ------------------ CalApp by ShareAvailability.com generates your (or your colleagues'/meeting rooms') Google Calendar* availability to paste into emails or share via instant messages in a single click. Of course it's flexible allowing you to specify meeting duration and travel or buffer time between your meetings. You can also create templates of text you often use (e.g. specifying your preferred meeting location) that's automatically copied to your clipboard along with your availability. You are free to edit the generated message before sharing via email, LinkedIn, social media e.t.c. * In fact it works with any calendar service that supports synching with Google Calendar e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar e.t.c. Quick & Easy -------------- No need to grant apps access to your private calendar and personal information. No need to synchronise your local calendar with a hosted calendar. No need to ask your contacts to click links and jump through hoops to book time with you. Secure & Private ----------------- CalApp by ShareAvailability.com is 100% secure and private. No signup or account is required. No calendar permissions are required. No information ever leaves your device (other than what you share with your contacts).

Tried this app and loved it! I like that I don't have to ask people to book on my calendar, I have always found such apps rude. This app is especially useful when you don't have access to your contact or client's calendar and you're trying to arrange a time to meet them that is convenient for both of you. It's also super flexible, best part is that it needs 0 auth permissions! Highly recommend it

I developed this extension when migrating from a techie to a sales / business development manager when co-founding a new startup. I tried many hosted calendar solutions, like calend.ly but I didn't like having to give away permissions to my calendar (why do they need delete permissions... and what happens if they get hacked?). I also wasted a lot of time fighting with sync not always working. These tools were taking up more time to manage than they were saving me! Worse I noticed a decrea... Show more
