Replaces the New Tab page with a black one.

This is a clone of "Blank New Tab Page" extension but with black background. Useful with Dark Reader and/or dark themes.

Chrome should be able to do this straight out of the box. I looked all over for a way to do it to no avail, until I found this - love it! Thank you.
