This extension will play a soft meditation bell sound about once an hour in the background. Perhaps take a moment when you hear it to be mindful and take a few deep breaths.
When you hear the tone:
- Look away from your screen.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths.
- Then, do some stretches.
- Think about where you are or nothing at all.
