Changes 'autocomplete=off' to 'autocomplete=on' in web pages, so your passwords will be remembered.
Are there some websites where the browser never prompts to remember your password? It might not be the browser's fault -- it could be the webpage telling the browser not to save the password. If you don't like having to remember these or write them down, you can use this extension to allow the browser to save the password.
This will not fix all logins in all webpages! Sites which use more complex methods to login, or which dynamically add or toggle the relevant fields/attributes after loading, may still refuse to remember your password.
(Note: Can cause the browser to remember past input on other textfields as well; sometimes this can be distracting.)
Tested and working as of Chrome 12.0.733.0. If this isn't working for you, it's probably due to the reasons outlined in the second paragraph above.
