Experimental version of unmatched adblock extension built on Manifest V3.

Unmatched adblock extension against advertising, tracking and pop-ups.This prototype is going to be merged with AdGuard Browser extension in the future and will reliably block ads even within the rigid bounds of Manifest V3. Surely you're familiar with AdGuard Browser extension, which effectively blocks all kinds of Internet ads. But with the release of Manifest V3, it will no longer work.
