Common Questions / Answer:
⇒ What Amazon Markets this extension supports?
US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia
⇒ How Does The Extension Match Reviews To Orders?
Each reviewer has a unique identifier, called profile ID. Each order in seller central is associated with a buyer which has a unique identifier as well, called buyer ID. It happens to be so that profile ID and buyer ID are the same. A successful match is when customer's buyer ID is same as reviewer's profile ID.
⇒ Is It 100% Accurate?
Yes, profile and buyer IDs are unique, If a match is found, it is 100% accurate.
⇒ Does The Extension Manages To Match All Reviews?
No, NOT all reviews have matching orders. For example, the review could be from the sale of a used product, either by Amazon or a reseller. If you don't have 100% buy box, the order of the review could be in seller's account that held the buy-box when the purchase was made.
In addition, Amazon archived orders older than 01/01/2016. The extension cant check orders before that date.
⇒ I have 100% BuyBox and the review is verified. Are There Any Other Reasons For Unsuccessful Match?
Yes, The 'buyer ID' information is available ONLY in the order's follow-up emails. Orders with followup emails are checked automatically by the extension. Orders without followup emails are skipped during the search. If you have skipped orders, there is a chance that the matching order is one of the skipped orders. In this case, the extension will not be able to make the match automatically. However, it will prepare a skipped orders report that you can use to complete the matching process.
More on various possible reasons for an unsuccessful match is in this post: https://bit.ly/2IR6V9j
More on the skipped orders report is in this post: http://bit.ly/2tQgHD5
⇒ If I Don't Send Follow-UP Emails, Can I Still Use The Extension?
YES, you can use the skipped orders report. This report includes ALL available information in your account on the skipped orders. That's the most extensive report out there. Even without follow-up emails, this report will help you make a match. More information is in this post: http://bit.ly/2tQgHD5
⇒ Customers That opted-out, Are Their Orders Will Be Skipped?
No, these orders will be checked. Follow-up emails to customers that opted out are still visible in the buyer message section in seller central and that's what is important for the extension. Not the fact that the email was not actually delivered to the customer.
⇒ Can Amazon Remove The Profile ID From Reviewer Page or the Buyer ID From Seller Central, Will This Extension be Able to Match Reviews To Order?
Yes, It can happen! When? We don't know. Having the buyer ID and the profile ID information available simplifies the search and increases the matching success rate. However, it is not a must. You still will be able to use the skipped orders report to match reviews to orders.
⇒ Is it Private? Does It Send Private Info Outside?
All the data this extension uses is stored on your Chrome local browser cache. You can access it and modify it at any time. No private data is sent outside. We do collect usage statistics (crashes/errors). These statistics are anonymous and include only application related data, no personal data. These are for monitoring and improving product stability.
⇒ Does The Extension Requires a Password To Amazon Seller Central Account or Amazon API Keys?
No, It uses local browser session to perform queries to Amazon seller central. No passwords nor API keys are needed.
⇒ Do You Have Trial Period?
Unfortunately we don't have such option, however, we do have 7 days money back policy, no question asked. if you downloaded the extension by mistake or something doesn't work for you, contact us and we will refund your purchase.
