The plugin works fine. when you need to logged in with this extension in Alexpress, the correct approach will be if you will enter in Internet Explorer

It imports the product but the images are blank

It loads images later. Our plugin has the background loader which loads images and other product data a bit later. It decreases your server loading. Also we've described the process here: https://help.ali2woo.com/codex/no-images-descriptions-after-import/
