Overview
Disable arbitrary keyboard shortcuts
Lets you set browser keyboard shortcuts containing Ctrl and Alt keys (Ctrl+S, Ctrl+P, Ctrl+Shift+C, etc.) to do nothing. Just head on over to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and assign away! Small, simple, and requires no permissions. Licensed under the Apache License, version 2.0. Source: https://git.benjamin.barenblat.name/disable-keyboard-shortcuts

I'm using alt+num7 quite often for the bullet sign. Instead Chrome moves me to some stupid inner page, in case Num is not activated. I guess there are a lot of such issues. This extension helps to avoid such problem.

The only problem is that it can only catch Ctrl/Alt + "letter" type of shortcuts (e.g. not Ctrl + Tab). Aside from that it is works perfectly good!
