I have been using this tool with applicants in Lever. I find it very useful for summarizing applicant information in an easily digestible way. It does not replace a real human looking at applicants, it helps bring the most relevant resumes to the top of the funnel. It's most helpful for me for roles that have 100+ applicants in sorting through those applicants that are not related to the job description. This is a helpful and much-needed tool for reviewing applicants! I have been recruiting for several years and find this extremely useful for summarizing candidate profiles. I love that I'm not restricted to simple keyword searches and can either customize prompts or use default information drawn directly from the relevant job description.
