Enables extended debug info for Adzerk ados requests.

Enabled Ados "explainer" functionality to get instant visibility into the internal workings of the Adzerk decision engine. Information is printed to the developer console, including: * Channel and priority configuration. * Full request and response for all RTB bid requests. * Disposition of all ads considered during the decision. * Descriptive explanation for each ad not selected to serve.
