getting sick and tired of the ads i keep getting / how to sharpen a chain saw ? come on!

It only worked for about a month then it stopped. I called support and they said it was working but it is not and has not worked for about 8 months. Will you do something about that like refund my money or I would rather you fix it so it would remove ads, please. waiting. I would not check a star but it will not allow me to post unless I checked at least 1 star.
