An easy way to enable, disable, or even remove an extension is appreciated.

Rubbish extension. Mystery navigation, no tooltips to tell you what you're doing, no useful documentation. Rules don't work, and having to switch between groups defeats the purpose of having it, which is, to switch extensions on/off per domain.

Issue: Currently, when you disable an extension, it is "grayed-out" and placed at the bottom of the list. It would be much better if the disabled extension was "grayed-out" but left where it currently resides in the list. The way you have it now, causes confusion when testing multiple extensions by trying to quickly enable and disable them. It would be much better if you do it like the "NooBoss" extension does / did it, by leaving them right where they are.
